Rice papers

Asian rice papers are thin, almost translucent sheets made from rice flour and water. They are especially popular in Vietnamese and other Southeast Asian cuisines. Rice paper is most commonly used to make fresh spring rolls, known as gỏi cuốn, but it can also be fried until crispy or used creatively in various dishes. Before use, the paper is briefly softened in water, making it flexible and easy to fill. Rice papers are light, gluten-free, and versatile — a perfect base for fresh and colorful Asian delicacies.
