The store sells products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to product images, prices and shipping costs.
We actively update product descriptions. We reserve the right to make a mistake in the product description. You can verify that the product description is correct by sending a question to info@asianfoodmarket.fi.
If the product is out of stock, we reserve the right to deliver a corresponding product of at least the same price. However, the aim is to get the customer's consent for this.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.
Payment and payment methods
The payment service is Paytrail, through which the payment options are invoice, partial payment, card payment and online bank payments.
By providing information at the checkout, you accept the terms and conditions of the payment service provider. By pressing the "Buy" button, you agree to Asian Food Market's general terms and conditions.
Order and payment confirmation
When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show your order information. The delivery confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the recipient. The recipient is responsible for their own spam settings. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. We present an estimate of the future delivery costs in the shopping cart according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery methods you want for the order. The delivery methods in use depend on the contents of the shopping basket and the combined weight. You can choose from the delivery methods in use at the checkout the option that suits you best, in connection with which the exact delivery cost is shown.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Exceptions to the delivery time estimates have been stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also inform you of possible delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store informs about unusual delivery times on its website.
Return conditions
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.
According to Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act, there is no right of cancellation in distance sales for individual deliveries of food and other foodstuffs. There is also no right of cancellation for business customers' orders.
It is possible to cancel the order free of charge as long as the delivery confirmation has not been sent. Delivery confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the recipient. The recipient is responsible for their own spam settings.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
Unclaimed package
Non-redemption is not the same as retur or cancellation. We charge delivery costs + €30 for an unclaimed shipment or a failed delivery due to a reason beyond the control of the sender.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must notify us of the error immediately, but no later than within 14 days in writing to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the phone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company of your chosen delivery method. We are not responsible for the transport company's mistake.
